The reason we are good at our business consulting: ( Due-Diligence, PMI, Strategic Assessments & Turnaround) is because we are looking at your company from the perspective of the market. We understand what sells and how to sell it!.

The most important line item in a business valuation is SALES, so ask yourself, what's the value of a neatly modeled discounted cashflow, it the sales forecast is wrong!! Likewise, a turnaround can be managed purely from the cash-flow perspective, restructuring debts ect. but your attempt will only be successful if you generate sales. This train of thought applies to all other business services we offer. For example in PMI; synergies may save cost, but combined strengths from a product & market perspective are a revenue multiplier.

Finally, in a Due-Diligence, most experienced consultants will be able to smell the skeletons in the closet. Unfortunately very few are able to punch holes in an overly positive sales forecast. Also, because we understand the region and the players, we can detect poorly documented liabilities (for example) in the form of distribution agreements or customer pricing arrangements which normally escape the regular audit. We are unfazed by the Chaos of cross continental Asia projects and we can bite the BS like no other.
